ANNOUNCEMENT PACKAGE
2 weeks prior to picture day, you will receive an ANNOUNCEMENT package from our studio containing materials such as posters, hand-outs and notices for the parents notifying them of picture day is coming soon. Just hang up the posters, hand out the notices and we will do the rest.
PICTURE DAY
On picture day, our photographer will arrive at either 7am or 8am, depending on the agreed time. He will need an area or room allowing him at least a 12x12 area to set up the photography equipment. This process can take up to 40 minutes to complete. Once he is done, picture day will start.
TAKING PICTURES
Each class will take turn coming in to the "studio" to have individual pictures taken. Our photographer will handle most aspect of picture taking. We asked that you have the children cleaned and faces wiped of any activities of that day such as snack and play. Our photographer will work with each child to get the best pictures possible.
CLASS PHOTOS
Once individual pictures are done, our photographer will then set up for CLASS GROUP pictures. Group pictures can be done either indoors or outdoors.
AFTER PICTURE DAY
When the photographer is done for the day, he or she will provide handouts with the online gallery password for the parents. Each school with have a unique password that will allow the parents to view all pictures online. Parents are able to view and make purchases directly online without having to go through the school or having the school handle the process.
ORDERING AND DELIVERY
After parents make their purchases online, their orders are placed with our lab and shipped directly home. The school will not have to chase after any parent for orders or money. All orders are shipped out within 3 weeks of ordering.
