TERMS OF SALE
CUSTOM ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
I understand that because photography products are custom-made specifically for my order, my order cannot be modified or cancelled once it has been placed. I understand that I am responsible for reviewing my photo selections, products, quantities, personalization, and other order details before completing my purchase.
DELIVERY
Orders may take up to five (5) weeks for delivery from the date the order is placed. Additional time may be required if an order must be reprinted due to circumstances beyond the Studio's control or during periods of unusually high order volume, including holiday seasons.
Forever Studio does not guarantee delivery before any particular holiday, birthday, school event, special occasion, travel date, or other date that may be important to the customer. By placing an order, I acknowledge and agree that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed delivery dates.
DIGITAL JPEG FILES
All sales of digital JPEG files, including orders containing both digital files and printed products, are FINAL. Once a digital download link has been issued or the digital files have otherwise been made available to the customer, the digital portion of the purchase is non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing their purchased digital files.
PRINT SALES & COPYRIGHT
All photographs and images remain protected by copyright. Purchasing prints, print packages, or other physical photography products does not transfer ownership or copyright of the images to the customer.
Prints may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, rephotographed, digitally duplicated, or otherwise reproduced without authorization from Forever Studio.
A print purchase does not include a copyright or reproduction release. When an eligible digital JPEG file is purchased, any applicable personal-use or printing rights will be provided according to the terms accompanying that digital purchase.
FOREVER FUNDS CREDIT
All purchases of Forever Funds account credit are FINAL and non-refundable. Forever Funds may be applied toward eligible future sessions, past sessions, or custom sessions offered by Forever Studio.
Unused Forever Funds remain available in the customer's account and do not expire, subject to the terms and availability of the Forever Funds program. Forever Funds have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
SATISFACTION & FINAL SALES
Forever Studio takes pride in the quality of our photography products. If an item is received damaged, defective, or produced incorrectly compared with the order that was placed, please contact the Studio so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate correction or replacement.
